Refund policy

 

30 Day Exchange Policy

We understand sometimes the items you purchase do not meet your needs and as as such we will exchange any items within 30 days of purchase. 

Returned within 30 days of delivery and meeting all returns conditions will receive a credit note

We know returning an item can be disappointing, so we have made the process as easy as possible.

How it works:

  1. To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@indigolane.co with your order number and reason for exchange. 
  2. Once your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Pack your item – prepare the item in its original packaging, or something similar to ensure no damage during shipping.
  4. Ship the item to us.
  5. Once we have received the items, we will exchange or issue a credit note. A store credit issued for items that were a gift. All items must be returned in their original packaging & condition.


Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted as we will may not always be able to tell the items were sent back by you.

Refunds

We do not accept refunds for change-of-mind returns. No refunds or exchanges on sale items unless they are deemed faulty.
 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue and replace the item if required.
